As an adjunct instructor, facilitator, and nonprofit executive, Pamela has worked for the empowerment of undergraduate and graduate students, especially women and students of color.
Since 2015, Pamela has facilitated Women in Management (WIM) groups at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Previously, she was an Adjunct Instructor at American University and Trinity Washington University where she taught courses on women’s leadership, leadership in nonprofits, and gender, power, and politics. As the executive director of the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), she led a nonprofit that trained college women for public policy careers.
As a member of the Scholars Strategy Network, she has published thought leadership pieces regarding women’s empowerment.
