Pamela brings an expertise in providing solutions to the tech industry’s diversity challenges as well as how to use tech for social impact. Recently, she was the first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategist at Jopwell, a career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, & Native American professionals.
As a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry, Pamela worked with many tech clients on projects related to DEI and leadership development. She was the global engagement manager for the flagship D&I training program for a marquee tech client. Previously, Pamela served as a DEI consultant for Palo Alto Networks and as the Talent Acquisition, Global Diversity Lead at Ericsson.
Since 2017, Pamela has served as a Mentor for TechWomen, a program funded by the U.S. State Department to advance female tech talent in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. She has coached teams from Egypt and Tunisia regarding social impact projects. She served on delegation trips to Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
In 2018, Pamela received the “Women of Influence Award” from Silicon Valley Business Journal. In 2016 at Singularity University, she was selected for the Inaugural Class of Impact Fellows to attend the Global Solutions Summit and learn how to apply exponential technologies to social impact projects.
